The diversity of landscapes in the Himalayas offers a broad selection of treks in terms of length, difficulty, altitude, and climate. Therefore, we have classified the trekking fitness conditions into three different
levels:

  • The trekkers do not have to carry backpacks, the packed animals will carry.
  • Good food makes good mood. Yes, food plays very important role in order to complete any high altitude trekking tours. Our well trained cooks prepare three times meal a day according to the elevations. The vegetables we buy come directly from the local villages and are organic.

  • Leaving the camp sites and lunch spots, our responsible staffs clean the areas and carry all the way back to the recycling places.
  • Believe on us, trekking with the locals make a lot of difference than trekking alone. 
  • During the trek you will be accompanied by a guide, cook, porters and Dzo (the packed animals).


any kind of commercial commodities along the trail as we believe Responsible Tourism is a better way to preserve the nature. Therefore, during the treks our mode of accommodation would be in tents.  We support people living in the Himalayan Mountains; hence all our treks are accompanied by the local staffs and packed animals.
CHALLENGING:
Fitness is important for this trip, and you'll need to improve your stamina before you depart.  You will either have trekked before, or be confident on your fitness.


STRENUOUS:
You will need to be fit, have very good stamina, and be confident that you can trek for some days without a break. You should expect some long days, cold temperatures, high altitudes, and some tough terrain in simply spectacular scenery.

MODERATE:
If you have walked in the hills at home and are reasonably fit, you will enjoy this level of treks. Might involve a day or two of harder and steeper walking, but generally walking conditions will be good.
